Fit for Halloween Healthy Challenge
Heres the dealio,
Halloween is in 30 days. (Yes only 30 if you are not counting the hour that is left of today) I don’t know about y’all but I want to make sure that I feel and look super confident in my halloween costume this year!
Here lately I confess that I have not been particularly great at keeping up with my healthy eating and exercise. I just started college as a freshman 5 short weeks ago so that has been the main focus of my life here. Thats not to say I haven’t been doing horribly. For example, I haven’t gained any weight necessarily, actually may have lost a little. But I can definitely feel a difference in my mood and my energy levels since I stopped eating healthier and working out regularly.
So this is what I want this challenge to look like:
First of all I want to start working out on a regular basis. This doesn’t mean 6x a week. (though I would love to eventually work up to that point) For right now, I just really want to work on hitting the gym 3-4x per week. This will hopefully be a more practical goal especially with my class schedule.
Secondly, I want my food diary to be 80-100% clean. If I eat 100% clean and get all four of my workouts in for the week, than I am going to allow myself to have one cheat meal where I can eat anything that I want, dessert included.
Also, I am going to be striving to keep my food diary and exercise log regularly. Hopefully I will be able to update this blog daily with this information. Thats the goal…
